Digital Products
Due to the nature of our products and services being digital, we do not offer a refund. If you find an error with your product, such as a misprint or the wrong product being delivered, we will replace that product with an updated or expected product.
Physical Products
Our physical products are only refundable should they be damaged during transport or the quality was affected during manufacturing. For this reason, please be certain to follow the size charts and ensure you have selected the proper variation of the product. Should an error be made by our fulfillment agency, they will send you the expected product once it has been confirmed that your product was damaged, sent in error, or there was an issue during production.
To Protect Our Critters
We offer all of our products and services at a more-than-reasonable price and offer great value to our customers. All of our proceeds go to help our rescue animals, and emergency care, and to keep the blog in operation. Therefore, since our prices are considered low-risk, we do not offer refunds and returns (unless otherwise stated) to avoid putting the critters at risk.
